1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the complete agreement between you ("the Player" or "you") and phil88 ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the phil88 website, mobile application, and all related services available at phil88.vu.

By creating an account, accessing the platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the phil88 platform.

These Terms are written in English and apply to all players accessing phil88 from the Philippines. In the event of any conflict between translations or summaries and the English text, the English version takes precedence.

2. Eligibility

To register and use phil88, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform from the Philippines.
• You are accessing and betting on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player or subject to any restriction that would prohibit you from participating in online betting.
• You have not previously had an account closed by phil88 for violation of these Terms.

phil88 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification as required may have withdrawals suspended until verification is satisfactorily completed.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on phil88. Creating more than one account — whether under your own name, a different name, or with a different contact number — is a breach of these Terms.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false information during registration, including a false name, date of birth, or contact details, may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

You are responsible for ensuring that your account details remain current. If your contact number, email address, or bank account details change, you must update your profile promptly. phil88 is not responsible for failed notifications or payment errors resulting from outdated account information.

Account registration is free of charge. phil88 does not charge a fee for creating or maintaining a player account.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on phil88 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Withdrawal requests are processed to payment accounts registered in the same name as your phil88 account. Transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted.

Supported withdrawal channels include Philippine local bank transfers, GCash, Maya, and other Philippine online banking channels compatible with Instapay and PESONet. Payment method availability may change from time to time; the current options are displayed in your account dashboard.

Withdrawal processing times vary by channel and by account status. VIP members at qualifying tiers receive priority processing. phil88 is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's bank or e-wallet provider once a transfer has been initiated from our side.

phil88 does not accept deposits or withdrawals via credit cards or cryptocurrency. Transactions must originate from and be returned to payment accounts in the Player's verified name.

We reserve the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or first-time withdrawals from a newly verified account.

5. Betting Rules

Bets placed on phil88 are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to check all bet details — including selection, stake amount, and odds — before confirming. phil88 will not reverse confirmed bets due to player error.

Sports betting markets available on phil88 include — but are not limited to — basketball (PBA, NBA), football, volleyball, boxing, and esports. Live in-play markets are available on supported events. Odds and market availability are subject to change up to the point of bet confirmation.

phil88 reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious pricing errors, technical faults, or events affected by irregular activity. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's account.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and are shown at the point of bet placement. These limits may vary depending on your account status and VIP tier.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

phil88 may offer bonuses, promotions, cashback, or other incentives to registered players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer. General bonus conditions include the following:

• Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational players and must not be abused.
• Where wagering requirements apply to a bonus, these must be met before the bonus amount or any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless the applicable wagering conditions have been satisfied.
• phil88 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, modify its terms, or disqualify a player from a promotion if abuse or manipulation is suspected.

No specific bonus percentages, amounts, or wagering multipliers are stated in these general Terms. All current promotion details are published separately on the platform. We do not guarantee the ongoing availability of any particular promotion.

7. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) associated with your account. You must not disclose these credentials to any other person.

phil88 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. This adds an additional verification step that helps protect against unauthorised access.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify phil88 support immediately at [email protected]. phil88 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the Player has failed to keep their credentials secure or where the Player has shared credentials with another person.

phil88 will never ask you to provide your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you receive any such request, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on phil88 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, or any tools designed to place bets or interact with the platform without human input.
• Exploiting technical errors, pricing mistakes, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any activity intended to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event or casino game.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Creating multiple accounts or assisting others in circumventing account restrictions.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Systematic bonus abuse, including creating accounts for the sole purpose of collecting promotional offers without genuine betting intent.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

phil88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at our discretion, including — but not limited to — the following circumstances:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification as requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or prohibited conduct.
• A player request for self-exclusion or account closure.

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, any balance remaining may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the Player's own request or for administrative reasons not related to misconduct, the remaining balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment account after any required verification.

10. Limitation of Liability

phil88 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors, or technical issues at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phil88 shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including losses resulting from:

• Technical faults, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond our reasonable control.
• Delays or errors in third-party payment processing.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Changes to game rules, odds, or market availability.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Philippine law.

11. Privacy

phil88 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in that document.

Your personal data is used for account management, identity verification, payment processing, and platform improvement purposes. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Data is retained in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection requirements.

12. Changes to These Terms

phil88 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players through the platform or by email to the address on their account. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically. The date at the top of this page reflects when the Terms were last updated.
